WASHINGTON,

The Order Sons of Italy in
America (OSIA), the nation's
oldest and largest organization
for men and women of Italian
heritage, has launched a
nation-wide membership campaign
inviting prospective members
to rediscover their Italian
heritage through joining
OSIA.
The names of the first
200 new members to join as
OSIA At-Large members by
January 20, 2006 will be
entered in a drawing to win
a European Riverboat Cruise
for two.
Current OSIA lodge
and at-large members are
also eligible if they purchase
one or more gift at-large
memberships for family and
friends.
OSIA has a grassroots
network of more than 700
chapters coast to coast.
People of all ages who cannot
attend meetings or do not
live near a lodge can still
join OSIA as an At-Large
member. At-Large members
receive all OSIA member benefits,
but do not vote or hold office.
All
members enjoy a free subscription
to Italian America Magazine,
access to the OSIA "members
only" web site, and the discounts
and services in the OSIA
