Centennial Membership
Join
OSIA from now until December 31, 2005 and become
an official OSIA centennial member! You'll get all
of the benefits of
regular membership in OSIA, including a free subscription
to Italian America, the most widely read magazine
for people of Italian heritage, PLUS an official
centennial membership card and lapel pin and a centennial
membership certificate that certifies you joined
OSIA on its 100th anniversary. There is no extra
cost to join as a centennial member.
How do I join
as a centennial member?
It's easy! Simply download the
centennial
membership form (PDF file - 36KB) and fax
or mail the completed form to the address on the bottom.
But
I'm already an OSIA member. How do I upgrade to centennial
member?
If you are a lodge member, contact your lodge
president to upgrade.
If you are a national at-large
member, contact the national office at nationaloffice@osia.org.
